Woodbourne is looking for an experienced Enterprise Systems Administrator to join its team. The working environment at Woodbourne is fast paced – but also requires that the individual team members take on a variety of tasks and responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have the following skills:
· Must have experience building/configuring VMs in VMWare;
· Must feel comfortable supporting servers that provide various services, such as Kerberos, SharePoint, IIS, CommonSpot, ColdFusion, Oracle, SQL Server, SSRS, and Lombardi Teamworks;< P>
· Must have experience successfully installing and configuring SW in an environment (including setting up necessary accounts, testing the install, testing connectivity to other environments, as needed, documenting the process);
· Must have experience documenting enterprise architectures;;
· Must be detailed oriented and pro-active in ensuring all components of an environment work as intended;
· Must feel comfortable researching and correcting issues as they arise; and
· Must feel comfortable working in a fast paced team environment and communicating effectively with local team members as well as team members and stakeholders at the client site.
The responsibilities for the ideal candidate will include, but not be limited to:
· Designing (with input from Project Manager, developers, stakeholder) the architecture for the local environments and environments at client site;
· Documenting the design and maintaining the documentation as the architecture evolves;
· Installing, configuring and troubleshooting architecture components (in coordination with the developers and the client site technical team);
· Troubleshooting outages and slow response issues as they arise;
· Making configuration changes (e,g. installing or upgrading SW, changing accounts) to keep environments in synch; and
· Supporting monthly maintenance windows, including knowing which accounts need password changes and which accounts do not, performing SP installs, performing upgrades, testing the environments at the end of the maintenance windows to ensure that the installs, changes and other actions were done correctly.
